YOUR   BUSINESS   NETWORK   IN   THE   CLOUD
OVERVIEW
Technocorp began in 1992 as a small business information technology services provider and products reseller, and is an established trade name and mark since 1996.

Technocorp is able to provide an affordable commercial solution to centralize the operations of an enterprise online, by consolidating internal MIS (management information systems) functions and offloading redundant business management information services to Technocorp.

The TBose solution relies on a specially created management information system, as a basic hosted platform on which Technocorp can deliver a structured stack of business services to the evolving enterprise:

BUSINESS SERVICES STACK
Startup Services, Other Services, Corporate Messaging, Email, SMS, Phone, Voicemail, Tablets Resources
Custom Business Website, Data Collection from Sensors, Mobile & Web Apps As Services Consultation & Development
TBose Platform
As A Service
Deployment Analysis, Installation, Configuration, Support, Education & Training

Provision Equipment & Phone Numbers, Maintenance & Administration
Note that the delivery of a full business services stack is dependent on the availability of allocated brokers and resources in a region.

The stack of business services is customized to fit the allocated budget of each customer and is implemented in phases.

While it is easier for an entrepreneur to simply and quickly adopt the solution when starting up a new business, an existing business will have to work with Technocorp to properly execute the required business analysis and change management processes, in order for all operations to be successfully migrated on to the new solution.

The following is a summary of some of the issues the TBose solution addresses:
  • An evolving enterprise needs a private business network in the cloud for workers, clients, and suppliers or partners;
  • An evolving enterprise needs to optimize its business management information services requirements as it operates online;
  • Human resources management online requires security controls on access to data, files, content and business services by workers;
  • An enterprise operating online requires security controls on access to data, files, content and business services by customers, partners and the public website;
  • IT requirements needed to be simplified and be well structured, in order for Technocorp to optimize the use of local resources; and
  • Technocorp has to provide the online evolving enterprise with optimized communication services, including business class email services, SMS and internal message services, corporate phone and voicemail services for workers, including interactive applications with the corporate phone system.
Projects are extensive and Technocorp usually takes on interesting projects through personal introductions.  It is possible to Contact Technocorp with a project for consideration.

SECITS
Technology And Services Provider
Secits was created in 2006 in Toronto, Canada, and operates under the licenced TECHNOCORP ® brand.
Secits exclusively provides software development and hosting on TBose, a Technocorp Business O/STM software.
Secits has been working to provide a HOSTING ALTERNATIVE for businesses on SERVERS LOCATED IN THE E.U., IN SPAIN as the internet gains speed, instead of on servers in developing regions, because
  • the increasing trade and partnerships between companies in North America and Europe, including Asia, are driving up the speed of the internet;
  • businesses in developing countries need access to clients in the EU, as well as North America, the British Commonwealth, Latin & South America, Africa, Asia and other regions; and
  • customers and partners need to know that their information are protected under well established laws.  In general, consumers are attracted to businesses with controls on access to their private data. Everyone knows that Spain has some of the most advanced and consolidated data protection laws.
For more information, please contact Secits at sales@technocorp.com.

BROKERS
Entrepreneurs, without I.T. skills, having gone through the process to setup their own businesses on TBose, may want to help start up other entrepreneurs on TBose by becoming Technocorp Authorized Brokers.

The designation Technocorp Authorized Brokers is assigned by a licence to the entrepreneur with experience delivering the non-tecnical parts of the Technocorp business services stack successfully.

TBOSE

The TBose, or the Technocorp Business O/S for Enterprises, is the natural evolution of the original Business Operating System Engine over the years.

The TBose is delivered as an integrated solution consisting of a product and a set of business management information services (BMIS) to set up and run a digital enterprise in the cloud.

As a product, the TBose is conceptually an extensible business web framework for the development of enterprise services, with an integrated proprietary security model to control access to these services, including data, content and files by the public, customers, partners and workers.

As a set of business management information services (BMIS), the TBose is a structured stack of services and this allows the digital enterprise to offload the technical complexities of the BMIS details as structured requirements with fixed costs to Technocorp and/or a local authorized broker.

BUSINESS SERVICES STACK
Startup Services, Other Services, Corporate Messaging, Email, SMS, Phone, Voicemail, Tablets Resources
Custom Business Website, Data Collection from Sensors, Mobile & Web Apps As Services Consultation & Development
TBose Platform

Deployment Analysis, Installation, Configuration, Support, Education & Training
Infrastructure
As A Service
Provision Equipment & Phone Numbers, Maintenance & Administration
Note that the delivery of a full business services stack is dependent on the availability of allocated brokers and resources in a region.

So designed as a solution, the TBose
  • is cloud based and is delivered under a subscription model, supported and managed by Technocorp, with the help of special partners;
  • integrates customer, partner and human resources management;
  • provides security controls on centralized access to data, files, content and custom services by all users, including the public website;
  • provides a private messaging system integrated with email and sms, a chat service, and an integrated cloud based phone system with voicemail extensions for workers; and
  • can be delivered over a negotiated period and within the budget of most startup projects.

Background On TBose
The TBose system was designed by Technosoft Business Systems, an experienced systems and information integrator.

The Technocorp Business O/S for Enterprises naturally evolved out of the Business Operating System Engine. The latter was created by Technosoft Business Systems out of a need to make reliable, to simplify, and to make portable, the data I/O to MySQL using the PHP Data Objects extension in a HTML platform running highly interactive Javascript applications.

The design is based on an early 90's client-server model, where the client is decoupled from the server over a telephone wire, in order to minimize data transfer.  The idea from Technosoft Business Systems was to avoid or eliminate embedding PHP in HTML, a non-standard approach to the common use of the server-side scripting language.  There was also the motivation to develop something radically different from previous works, and to eliminate the use of cookies to track connections.

Developed and tested in stages over a number of years, and funded privately, the TBose evolved into the Technocorp Business O/S for Enterprises, and is positioned as a structured enterprise cloud solution for a small business to rapidly grow into as it offloads its business management information services to Technocorp.  This was a revisionist approach to the traditional extended enterprise model:
A traditional extended enterprise is a large business with multiple divisions, and corresponding infrastructures, with services that are accessible by the public, workers, customers and partners.

The increasing speed and reliability of the global web, or internet cloud, is making it possible for multiple divisions of the extended enterprise to be consolidated down into one centralized system.  The improved management, efficiencies and access control serve to minimize operating costs for a competitive advantage.

The driving force to compete, couple with the increasing speed of the cloud, is accelerating the consolidation effort by companies.  But unlike a small business growing to fit into a structured corporate system like the TBose, a large company has a huge challenge to consolidate traditional practices down on to a custom model under a change management process, involving systems and processes migration, integration, security and retraining challenges.
Initially, when it was a smaller and a less complex system, the Business Operating System Engine was made available under a licence agreement as a required component for projects delivered by Technocorp.   But as it evolved into a more complex system, requiring tighter integration into a hosting environment, and requiring expertise beyond that of most small businesses, the TBose was made affordable under a subscription licence model as part of a hosted solution provisioned and managed by Technocorp. Note, private cloud deployments will be done on a case-by-case basis.

Technical Overview
As a product, the Technocorp Business O/S for Enterprises defines a business architecture that allows the user interfaces of applications to be decoupled from the reusable server side services, to easily support machine-to-machine communication and mobile application integration, and it provides a unique programming model for the development of additional custom services and applications as required.

As previously mentioned, the TBose is the natural evolution of the original Business Operating System Engine over the years. The original product started out as a PHP PDO data I/O interface to MySQL and the web browser.

The collection of web page applications can be customized to define special TBose desktops for the corporate workers, customers and partners.

The web window applications are built on client services to handle CRUD (create, retrieve, update and delete) operations on remote information in the TBose system.

The client services in web window applications are decoupled from the reusable server side services.

To address the complexity and security in developing for such a corporate system, a unique programming model was created, termed the TBose Programming Model.  The approach taken was to create something that the average programmer can use to easily add services to the system.

On the client side, the TBose Javascript Framework, a specialized lightweight pure Javascript framework, was created to simplify the complexity in developing and running multiple web window applications in a single web page.  But on its own, this is yet another framework that is totally useless.

On the server side, the server services collectively define the specialized TBose middleware that provides a standardized interface through which computing devices can securely access business information over the internet.

The TBose PHP Framework was created to simplify the complexity in developing server services in the TBose.

Limitations And Disclaimer
Entrepreneurs starting up a corporation are given a basic budget system where TBose is initially deployed in a shared environment to support a few workers and a small number of connections requiring minimum computing power.  The operating environment has to be evolved into one with a suitable computing power (a VPS, a dedicated server, a computing farm etc.), in order to support increasing number of users and connections.

Note, the current version of TBose, V 1.0.2.0 is frozen, as the release of V 2.0.0.0 is pending:
  • The server side runs on PHP 3.5+ and MySQL 5.5+.
  • User interfaces require IE 10+, Firefox 26+, Safari 5.17+ and Google Chrome 32.0.1700+ desktop browsers.
  • User interfaces require Google Chrome on Android tablets.
  • User interfaces support for IPads is pending.
The TBose software is owned by TECHNOSOFT BUSINESS SYSTEMS. It is provided "AS IS", "WITH ALL FAULTS" and "WITHOUT SUPPORT" by TECHNOSOFT BUSINESS SYSTEMS under a licence agreement.  In other words, TECHNOSOFT BUSINESS SYSTEMS does not provide updates and patches to the software on demand.  Also, TECHNOSOFT BUSINESS SYSTEMS is a small business and disclaims any responsible and liabilities for failures in the software, and/or collapse of any business running on the software as a result of any faults manifested in the software.

Note, for entrepreneurs choosing a solution that uses the TBose software, SECITS is a separate entity that manages the licences, and manages the delivery of the stack of business services to deploy, host and support the online corporations on TBose. This means that an entrepreneur has to directly negotiate a service level agreement with SECITS for help in starting up and running a corporation on TBose.  It is recommended that the entrepreneur purchase liability insurance for the operations of a corporation, when it starts delivering services to customers.
